A Diverse Range of Midstage Tech Veterans

All tech founders need a trusted guide - from navigating hyper growth stages to keeping momentum during intense changes in the market

Roland

Roland Siebelink is one of the few people in the world to have experienced 3 exponential tech growth stories from the inside. From Telenet in Belgium in the 1990s to Bluewin in Switzerland in the 2000s and Rocket Fuel in California in the 2010s, each company grew from ~10 to ~1000 people in ~3 years. After seeing what made founders succeed and fail up close 3 times, and with 3 startups of his own under his belt, Roland made it his mission to carry new founders through these tricky growth phases. Having coached founders informally for over 20 years, in 2016 he founded Scaleup Allies as the premier coaching and facilitation boutique for mid-stage tech startups.

Roland holds an MBA from IMD, a Gazelles Scaling Up Coach certification and is a landslide winner of the Silicon Valley Founder Showcase. He has authored several books, among which Scaling Silicon Valley Style and the upcoming Leading your Startup through CRISIS. He hosts the Silicon Valley Momentum podcast and is a Member of the National Speakers Association.

Roland is based in California and coaches coaches (and select clients) in English, Dutch, German and French.
