Onboarding and Expansion

Right after a sale, the $COMPANY Customer Success team ensures that customers get their onboarding materials, training etc to ensure they can use the product as intended.

After a customer is up and running, the Customer Success answers questions, helps with additional use cases and monitors clients for expansion opportunities that the Sales team can execute.


Part of ensuring onboarding and keeping customers happy is to have adequate support available. This is offered in the form of documentation, a knowledge basis, and conversation options via email, chat and (for premium customers) phone.
