Our key success metrics

$Company Key Success Metrics are similar to other fast-growing companies in the tech business:

  1. Usage: # of active users . This is the key success metric for the Innovation Area
  2. Revenue: Current rolling ARR. This is the key success metric for the Acquisition Area
  3. Net dollar retention: ( Starting ARR + expansion - downgrades - churn ) / (Starting ARR) * 100%. This is the key success metric for the Fulfillment area
  4. Productivity ratio: ARR / full-time-equivalent. This is the key success metric for the Enablement area.
